Really tasty cheddar, but the packaging could be sturdier. Some of the cheese was a bit crumbled when I opened it.

While the flavor is nice, I found it a bit too salty for my liking. It overshadowed some of the other ingredients in my dish.

I can't get enough of this cheddar! It's perfectly mature and has an amazing depth of flavor. Highly recommend!
